SynolonSoft Login

This will be the first screen visible once RSRS is launched.

The first time you launch RSRS, you will be required to enter your SynolonSoft account login details. This is to ensure you are correctly validated as an active SynolonSoft subscriber.

You may tick the ‘Remember my password’ checkbox if you prefer to automatically be logged into your SynolonSoft account. This ensures that with each launch of RSRS, you will not need to re-enter your SynolonSoft email and password to continue. If you wish to change this setting in the future, it can be adjusted on the SynolonSoft Account screen within the Control Panel. More details here.

Note: This log in screen is not to be confused with the following RSRS Login screen which is used to validate your RSRS user accounts (staff).
