The Priority Type Settings screen allows you to customize the priority types that your company may assign to Service Reports. This custom list will appear when right clicking on the far left column of the Pending Jobs or Service Reports, or from within an In-House or Call/Visit report.
On this section, you have the ability to add, edit, and delete priority types.
To add a priority type, click on the ‘Add Priority Type’ tab, enter the priority in the text box, and click ‘Add’.
To edit a priority type, click on the ‘Edit Priority Type’ tab and edit the text in the text box. Then click ‘Save’.
Lastly you can delete a priority type by selecting it and clicking the delete button .
