The Date OUT Service Report is created when an In-House report is set as completed. This is the report that can be handed to the client when they collect their repaired product.
Using the buttons found on the top left of the screen, you can ‘Print Preview’, ‘Print’, ‘Export to PDF’, navigate to the In-House Service Report or launch the ‘Help’.
Additionally, you can click the ‘Spare Parts’ button in the report to launch a Spare Parts Breakdown as shown above. This displays details of the spare parts used for the job, and can be printed and attached to the Service Report to be given to the client. A print preview is shown below.
