3rd Party Settings

The 3rd Party Settings screen allows you to customize the 3rd Parties that your company deals with. This custom list will appear on the In-House and Call/Visit service report in the allocated to field.

On this section, you have the ability to add, edit, and delete 3rd parties.

To add a 3rd party, click on the ‘Add 3rd Party’ tab, enter the 3rd party in the text box, and click ‘Add’.

To edit a 3rd party, click on the ‘Edit 3rd Party’ tab and edit the text in the text box. Then click ‘Save’.

Lastly you can delete a 3rd party by selecting it and clicking the delete button .
